Can you really build a successful online business with Internet Jetset?

About Internet Jetset

Who Created this System

John Crestani is the owner of Internet Jetset.

He was once in the corporate world but soon axed his job after creating his own internet business from scratch.

He hated waking up to an alarm everyday, working for a boss and absolutely hated sitting in traffic for an hour each day.

Frankly, I don’t blame him. That is what lead me to pursing an online business too.

However, this review is not about me but more about IJ.

When did it Launch

It is actually fairly new but has received a lot of traction since the official release.

The domain was created November 2016 and was launched not long after.

Reviews began popping up in December 2016 and the rest throughout 2017.

Lets take a quick look at organic traffic.

internet-jetset-organic-traffic

Not much to be honest, but it seems most of the traffic is actually coming from direct and social media.

The traffic sources:

internet-jetset-traffic-sources

They have a little traffic from emails, display advertising and search engines.

However, direct, social media and referrals seem to be taking the lead.

This means most of their traffic is from returning visitors (paid members).

Why did John Crestani Create it?

He knows what it’s like to be in a job you hate when you have high ambitions in life.

And John also knows it’s possible to start an online business from scratch and be successful.

He wants to show people exactly how he done it so others can get out of the 9-5 rat race as well.

Internet Jetset is everything you need compiled into one place for easy access.

What Do They Claim Over at Internet Jetset?

They claim that:

  • You can build an online business from scratch (this is what they keep emphasizing)
  • You get access to everything needed to start seeing success online
  • The entire process is step-by-step with over-the-shoulder training
  • It is newbie-friendly so anyone can jump in and start

So What Exactly is Internet Jetset?

Internet Jetset is a place to learn all the basics about internet marketing and more.

Frankly, they have a lot to offer and the reason why they’ve sky rocketed their traffic in the small amount of time they’ve been available for.

There is a lot to learn so it is by no means a get-rich-quick scheme even though Mr Crestani hypes it up with flash cars and beaches.

However, onto the “meat” of the system.

The Main Course

The main course costs $47 one-time and includes 12 total modules.

These are:

  • Online Business Blueprint
  • Introduction
  • Choosing a Niche
  • Google Traffic
  • YouTube Traffic
  • Facebook Traffic
  • Creating a Website
  • Copywriting basics
  • Launch Jerking
  • Creating Authority Review Sites
  • Facebook Ads

Each one of these modules go into fine detail on how everything is done and how to implement the strategies.

The Process

What you’ll be doing is:

  • Creating a website
  • Adding content
  • Monetizing it with affiliate marketing
  • Sending traffic to your site to make money

The Upsells

Now there ARE upsells, however, these are not needed especially if you’re only a newbie learning the ropes.

The upsells really are designed for advanced internet marketers who wish to sky rocket their income in the shortest time possible.

If you have no idea what you’re doing yet, you’ll only get overwhelmed with everything, not take action and end up quitting.

1. The 12-Week Super Affiliate System ($297)

There’s so much included in the 12-week course.

But in essence, it focuses on paid advertising and how to make money with it so you can profit in the shortest time possible.

Other modules in this course include:

  • Affiliate marketing basics
  • The best set-ups
  • Advanced research tactics
  • Optimization tactics
  • Correcting your mindset
  • And more

2. The JetsetLIVE webinars ($47 p/m)

Being ahead of the game in the internet marketing world is HIGHLY important.

John knows that and he also knows you need to be in the loop constantly.

That’s what this upsell consists of – live webinars so you’re not left in the dark (or even on your own) for the future of internet marketing and affiliate marketing.

3. Jetset Xtreme Members ($187)

John and his team have gone and interviewed some of the most successful people in the industry.

This is exactly where you access those interviews so you can take notes and follow in their footsteps.

Even avoid the same mistakes as they did.

This upsell is all about learning from the top guys and stepping on the fast track to success.

Of course it is easier said than done, but u get my drift.

Where to Start | A Final Look at “The Process”

The main course is created for everyone – newbies, intermediate and advanced marketers.

However, newbies should stick to the main course until they are making money BEFORE venturing into the upsells.

The upsells are actually more recommended for intermediate and advanced marketers.

What you’ll be doing

So that was a lot to take in.

Remember your focus will be on learning the basics and slowly implementing what you learn.

You’ll create a website, add content, monetize it and receive traffic via a bunch of different methods.

Some will be paid and some are free. This all depends on your budget and how fast (or slow) you make your way into the system.

Any Red Flags?

I did find a lot of fake reviews where people were praising the hell out of this system just to make a quick buck.

The amount of hype John and his students give in the initial sales video was another big red flag for me.

Usually when systems like these showcase Ferrari’s, beaches, mansions or big houses, they are tricking you into thinking you can gain the same success in a short amount of time (usually a few weeks).

That was the vibe I got from it anyway.

Are People Really Making Money?

Newbies all the way to advanced internet marketers are all making money, YES.

In saying that, your success is determined by how much work you put in.

The secret is to take action as soon as you learn what you watched.

If you skip or try take shortcuts, you will not get anywhere and I can guarantee it.

It is a step-by-step blueprint and that is it, meaning you have to follow the steps religiously in order to gain traction in your business and make money.

The people that actually follow the training properly are the ones reaping the rewards.

The ones that skip modules, take too long to take action or leave their online business on the back burner are the ones failing.

Does it Cost to Join?

The main course costs $47 one-time and gives you 12 modules needed to start making money online.

Upsell #1 costs $297 one-time and upsell #3 costs $187.

However, upsell #2 costs $47 per month. This is the live webinars and keeps you updated on everything.

You can access the official website here: www.imjetset.com

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Money CAN be made if you’re willing to put in the work
  • The owner actually cares about his members
  • The main course is a one-time fee only
  • Good choice for newbies

Cons

  • Can be overwhelming – slow and steady wins the race in this situation
  • The sales video make it seem like it’s a fast track to success, which it definitely is not (this can put newbies off when they realize they actually have to WORK)
  • No free or paid trial
  • Requires a hefty investment if you decide to purchase traffic
  • The videos can be a little difficult to understand. You may need to watch them a few times before you actually “get” it
  • No personal coaching. The only support is the forum and Facebook page

Is Internet Jetset a Scam?

Internet Jetset is legit as they come, and that is very rare to say considering the vast amount of scams out there.

Surprisingly enough, there are people finding success with Internet Jetset and that is why they’ve received a good reputation after just one year of the initial launch.

John Crestani has your best interest at heart and is active within the community.

He’ll actually help you as much as possible and won’t ditch the entire system altogether unlike other “gurus” with similar programs.

I was EXTREMELY surprised at the legitimacy of it, but it is what it is and I am happy to say that John will NOT run away anytime soon!

What I Recommend

Internet Jetset is great and all, but still doesn’t come close to my #1 recommendation the Wealthy Affiliate.

Here’s what you’ll expect from WA compared to the Internet Jetset:

At WA, you get everything you need + more.

They go above and beyond helping you succeed, and the best part is that you can actually contact the owners themselves and receive a response in a fast amount of time.

You won’t get that at Jetset, nor do you have to pay for hosting or domain elsewhere because everything is under one roof!

Well that is my recommendation.

I hope you make the right decision and I’ll be ready and waiting for you on the other side.

Cheers and have a great day.

  1. Jetset sounds really interesting until I start seeing all of the costs for everything. It looks like a legitimate business opportunity but you sure do have to fork over the bucks to start learning.

I appreciated you bringing up what you see as a better opportunity.

    Thank you.

    • Well at the end of the day, it works. But don’t expect to learn the best without handing over more and more money.

  2. As a newcomer to affiliate marketing I have been trawling the web looking at plenty of reviews and trying to make an informed decision. Most seem like hype to sell a product which turns me off immediately but I didn’t get that feeling with your post. Finally a good honest review. Thank you

  3. Oo sounds like a cool program similar to Wealthy Affiliate but more ‘fresh out of the box’,

I agree with you in saying that it doesn’t compare to WA as it’s the community and program that has been proven to work over many years!

    Thanks for this great post:)

  4. There were so many ads and promotions going on with this affiliate program and I fell for it too. And guess what! It was the first time I was really felt bad for spending my money.
John Crestani is a brilliant affiliate marketer, that is why he is a millionaire. He will promise you millions overnight or for just $47. But if you have never been in affiliate marketing, his program is very very raw.
The videos of the program itself are not structured and realistically, you will not be able to build your business online using his basic program.
What annoyed me was that add-ons that you could buy. Do not get me wrong, I do not mind to pay if the product is good and clear prices, but with the Internet Jetset it is more like a pyramid, you want more, pay more, if you want even more pay more.
My rating for that one would have been 2 stars.

    • Wow, thank you so much for your honest opinion on Internet Jetset.

It seems I gave it more credit than it’s worth, however, at LEAST it is legit and you’re able to make money with it. That’s hard to say about thousands of other programs out there.

  5. Thanx for this informative review Brandon! Internet Jetset sounds pretty good to start with, but I hate upsells. I particularly wouldn’t want to have to pay a monthly fee just to get live webinars. I LOVE your comparison chart! If I didn’t already believe in Wealthy Affiliate, that would have clinched it for me – so good on you for comparing them head-to-head!

    • No worries. Glad you like the comparison chart. It just goes to show that you don’t ALWAYS have to pay for big upsells if you want the best. WA is a great example.

Although Internet Jetset is legit, there is an even better alternative that I won’t stop recommending because it really does beat everything else out there!

  7. That was a great read. Very in depth I have never heard of Internet Jetset before so this was very new to me. I really like the breakdown of the review you did. Does not sound as Legit as wealthy affiliate but legit nonetheless.

    • Absolutely. It’s one of the few programs that’s actually legit. I thought it was a big scam from the get-go but I was wrong, lol.

  8. I couldn’t agree with more that WA is the #1 community and program out on the market today. That’s why I joined it. Your review on Internet Jetset is very informative and genuine. It has lots of detail and written in a way that is very readable and understandable to the newbie to internet marketing.

I’m like you that the advertisements that show flashy cars and lavish life styles is a big turnoff for the serious reader and one that is not easily impressed with such things as expensive cars.

You did a great job convincing the reader that IJ is a great product and worth investing in. If I wasn’t with WA., I might have been convinced to buy.

    Great job.
ps, I read your bio and thought it was inspiring for others in the same situation. Good Job.

    • Your kind words mean a lot to me, Don.

I really am just an ordinary guy but I have dreams and I chase those dreams until I catch them. I don’t give up because it seems too “hard”.

The chase is apart of the process. If you give up at the first hurdle you’re not going to get anywhere in life and I can guarantee that.

  9. It took me almost 5 years before i found WA, i was scammed three times and by the way i seriously fear the flashy cars and beaches because that exactly what made me follow the get rich quick schemes,Your explanation is very clear and easy to understand.I love WA because like you mentioned everything is under one roof, Great article!

    • Even if we hate it, it still works. They bait the desperate newbie and make a bunch of money in the process.

That’s how the top scammers are doing it and making a killing.

Fortunately you don’t have be a scam artist to make a full-time income on the internet. All you need is a passion and a drive to make your life better.

Wealthy Affiliate allows that to happen!

  10. Hi Brandon
I had not heard of Jet Set until I came across your post but I’m glad you have laid out the differences between the two systems in such a clear way. Jet Set looks like it can be good for people as the initial cost is relatively low but the upselling seems a similar price to Wealthy Affiliate until you start to compare what that actually includes. What I know about Wealthy Affiliate is that at the premium level you really do have all the tools and support you need to be successful.
I think it’s important to point out, as you do, that in either system, the onus is on you to do the work and set up your website, write your articles and market them. Neither of these is a get rich quick scheme, but I agree with you that the Wealthy Affiliate options seems to have more for the money.

    Reply
    • Definitely. With Internet Jetset, the amount of information available is highly limited. You purchase the 12-week course and that’s all you receive.

With WA, you get everything you need plus more to constantly keep you in the loop. Although Jetset offers monthly webinars, they cost a monthly fee with nothing else to offer other than the webinars.

Weekly webinars in WA are all free as long as you keep your membership up. Just take a look at the comparison for a better look on exactly what the differences are 🙂

  11. I have never heard of Internet Jetset before. Thank you for a candid review. It all sounds terrific, but I am immediately turned off by all the additional upsells.I was also wondering while reading the description, do you have to rush through the 12-week course or can you go at your own pace?
I am new to affiliate marketing, but one thing I know is that it is a very slow and lengthy process. I appreciate how you compared both systems. Wealthy Affiliate seems to be the overall best deal!

    Reply
    • You can go at your own pace, however, people expect instant results so going slow may not be for you taking into consideration the person you actually are.

Yes, the Wealthy Affiliate definitely is the best way to go and I’m glad you’re giving it a go! Good luck.

  12. Hi Brandon,

I am a member at wealthy affiliate and found your website because I was searching google for alternatives. You know, sometimes one becomes weary of something and even though I am a paying member I still felt as though I wanted to research other offerings.

How do you think this differs from wealthy affiliate? WA is supposed to be “the best place to learn affiliate marketing” aside from, you know, Warrior Forum (sarcasm) so I’d be curious to know your thoughts on the matter.

No matter what though, if people don’t show up to put in the work, no amount of training will help!

    Cheers mate.

    Reply
    • Hahaha, I chuckled when you mentioned Warrior Forum.

WA IS the best place to learn affiliate marketing. Not only do you receive the training, but everything is under one roof and will always be under one roof.

There’s no need to go anywhere else because of this massive perk.

The success rates are also incredibly high compared to other similar systems (although most don’t even come close).

That is my personal opinion anyway. Take it with a grain of salt.

  14. Here are a few things that stood out to me in reading your review of Internet Jetset.
    1) There is no option to try it for free.

    2) The cost for the full program is not cheap.
The webinars cost an another $47. At Wealthy Affiliate we get webinars included for free.
The upgrades cost more than the annual membership at WA and it still does not include web hosting! This is a huge difference and I much prefer having my web hosting included. At WA we have not only hosting but security all built in as well as IT support!

    3) The traffic report is NOT impressive to me. I have learned through experience that organic traffic is superior to social media traffic or traffic from advertising. Organic traffic converts at a higher rate and is more likely to produce sales. Organic traffic is also more time efficient since it comes in 24/7 and can go on auto-pilot and stay relevant over time. Social media needs to be updated every single day!

For these reasons I would not sign up for Internet Jetset and find Wealthy Affiliate to be superior!
It is nice to see there are other legit options out there but I will stick with the better value of WA!
    Thanks,
    Jessica

    • Having no free option means they’re leaving money on the table. Are they not THAT confident in their system is the question.

I only focus on organic traffic so it’s nice to see some feedback from somebody who has down the ground work, tested different methods with traffic sources to see what converts best.

And yes, I absolutely love that organic traffic is 24/7. The internet doesn’t sleep and neither does the world!

  15. While it is good to know that this program is legitimate, I do not like the fact that there is not much in the way of community support. They have Facebook, but it is not exactly the most reliable for starting and building a successful business. You just cannot put your trust in people on Facebook. It is too easy to lie.

I do have a question though. If you had to say the number one benefit to WA, what would it be? I have been considering WA for some time now, but I have not taken the plunge yet. I look forward to hearing your answer.

Thank you for sharing and I hope you make it a great day!

    • I would say having reliable support is the #1 reason why I made it work in the online business world.

Before I found like-minded people I was always struggling to make even my first dime. Online support is highly important, and WA hands down has the best!

The number 1 benefit would be that everything is under one roof, including domain names and web hosting. There’s no reason to go anywhere else because your online business can be started with this system alone.
